TERMS & CONDITIONS

These are strict Terms and Conditions — please read carefully before acknowledging. Proceeding further confirms that you agree to abide by all rules and charges.

Please read before your stay.

These house rules protect the villa, your booking and everyone’s comfort. Acceptance is required before proceeding.

Important: Please read each section below carefully. Charges and penalties may apply for any violation.

Guest Count & Charges

₹1,500 per additional guest beyond the confirmed limit.
No reduction in price if guest count decreases at check-in.
(Example: If booking was ₹10,000 for 6 guests and only 4 arrive, the price remains ₹10,000.)

Booking & Deposits

All booking advances are strictly non-refundable.
A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is payable at check-in. Deductions will be made for damages, rule violations, or misconduct.
No price adjustment if guest count reduces after booking confirmation.

Damage & Breakage

Any damage is charged at actual replacement cost.
Negligence, misuse, or rough handling is fully chargeable.
Loss of keys/remotes will incur full replacement charges.

Fire, Crackers & Safety

Strictly no crackers, candles, diyas, open flames, or fire sources inside or outside the villa.
Any fire or smoke damage will be charged in full.

Pool Area Rules

No glassware in or around the pool.
Glass breakage in/near pool → ₹4,000 cleaning charge.
No diving, running, or rough play.
Pool usage is at your own risk and allowed from 6 AM onwards only.
Children must be supervised at all times.

Noise & Music

Loud music or disturbance to neighbours is strictly prohibited.
Volume must be moderate after 10 PM per local law.
Police or RWA intervention due to noise → security deposit will be forfeited.

Décor & Property Care

No tape, pins, nails, glue, or decorations on walls/ceilings.
Indoor furniture cannot be shifted outdoors.
Dispose garbage in the bins provided.

Kitchen & Pantry Usage

Arth Villa does not provide a full cooking facility or operational kitchen.
A pantry is available for basic crockery, RO drinking water, and a refrigerator.

Guest Responsibility & Visitors

Only registered guests are allowed to stay.
No additional visitors are permitted during the stay.
Unregistered entry → ₹1,500 per person penalty.
Guests are liable for damages caused by vendors, friends, delivery partners, or outside service providers invited by them.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: 2 PM
Check-out: 11 AM
After 11:15 AM → ₹1,500 (subject to availability).
After 12 PM → full-day charges may apply.

Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Burns, ash damage, or smoke damage will be chargeable.
Alcohol consumption must follow legal age and law.

General Conduct

Indecent behavior, illegal activity, or rule violation may lead to immediate eviction, loss of deposit, and termination of booking without refund.
Management reserves full right to deny entry or cancel stay for non-compliance.
